Install in Gmail

  1. Make sure your signature is on the clipboard (use the Copy signature button above).
  2. Open Gmail in your browser and click the Settings gear (top right) → See all settings.
  3. Stay on the General tab and scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Click Create new, name it (e.g., "Default"), and click Create.
  5. Click inside the empty signature box and paste with Ctrl+V (or ⌘+V on Mac).
  6. Under Signature defaults, choose this signature for "FOR NEW EMAILS USE" and "ON REPLY/FORWARD USE".
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Tip: If your photo or logo doesn't load, host the image online (Imgur, your website, public Google Drive link) and paste the URL into the photo URL field — many email clients block locally-pasted images.

Outlook on the web

  1. Make sure your signature is on the clipboard.
  2. Click the Settings gear (top right) → MailCompose and reply.
  3. Under Email signature, click + New signature.
  4. Give it a name and paste with Ctrl+V into the editor.
  5. Set as default for new messages and replies, then Save.

Outlook for Windows (desktop)

  1. Click Download .htm in the editor to save as a file.
  2. In File Explorer, paste in the address bar: %appdata%\\Microsoft\\Signatures
  3. Move the downloaded .htm file into that folder.
  4. In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Pick the new signature as default.
Outlook desktop note: Word's rendering engine may not display the contact-row icons (SVG-based). The full signature still works — name, title, contact info, and CTA all render correctly. For maximum compatibility on Outlook desktop, choose a layout without icons (Minimalist, Editorial, Headline).

Install in Apple Mail (macOS)

  1. Make sure your signature is on the clipboard.
  2. Open Apple MailMail → SettingsSignatures.
  3. Pick your account, click + at the bottom of the middle column, and name your signature.
  4. In the right column, paste with ⌘+V. Important: uncheck "Always match my default message font".
  5. Pick the new signature as default in the Choose Signature dropdown for the account.
  6. Close Settings — changes save automatically.

Install in Yahoo Mail

  1. Make sure your signature is on the clipboard.
  2. Open Yahoo Mail → Settings gear → More Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Writing email.
  4. Toggle Signature on for your account.
