When you create an account with Forward, your account will be loaded with free credits. You can send up to 2000 emails or 130 SMS for free. Once, you've used these credits, you can add more.
You can simply disable the SMS channel. There's no need to purchase email and SMS credits separately, so all the credits can be used for sending emails.
We’ll notify you when your credits are getting low. You can buy credits any time. If you want to save the hassle, you can also set up auto renewal.
