Do you have a free trial? How does it work?
When you create an account with Forward, your account will be loaded with free credits. You can send up to 2000 emails or 130 SMS for free. Once, you've used these credits, you can add more.
What if I want only email and not SMS?
You can simply disable the SMS channel. There's no need to purchase email and SMS credits separately, so all the credits can be used for sending emails.
What if I run out of credits?
We’ll notify you when your credits are getting low. You can buy credits any time. If you want to save the hassle, you can also set up auto renewal.
Will I get help with my email marketing?
Of course! Our team will help with everything–right from setting up your account, to segmenting your audience, to creating automated flows and campaigns.
My website is not on Shopify. Can I still use Forward?
We currently support only Shopify stores. But, we’re planning to support more platforms in the next few months.
